Our Return Policy
YORE Care team is committed to ensuring that your orders are processed accurately and that the medicines and products are delivered to you in excellent condition. We highly recommend inspecting the items upon delivery.

1) DEFINITION
'Return' refers to the action of returning a product ordered through the YORE Care portal by the consumer. The following situations may lead to a return of a product:
The product (s) delivered do not match your order.
Product(s) delivered are close to or past their expiry date (medicines with an expiry date of less than 03 months shall be considered as near expiry).
The product (s) delivered were damaged in transit (do not accept any product with a tampered seal).
Please Note: If you receive a damaged product, do not accept the delivery. If you discover that the product is damaged after opening the package, you may return it for a refund. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee a replacement for all products; it depends on the availability of the specific product. In such cases, we will offer a refund.
In the unlikely event of any issues with your order, we are here to assist and resolve your concerns. You may initiate a return request with our customer care within 7 (seven) days from the delivery of the product. YORE Care reserves the right to cancel return requests made after 7 days of delivery.
Upon receiving your return/refund request, YORE Care will verify its authenticity and nature. If the request is found to be genuine, YORE Care will initiate the return and refund process. The refund will be processed once we receive confirmation from the relevant vendor regarding the product's content related to that refund.
In case of frivolous and unjustified complaints about the quality and content of products, YORE Care reserves the right to take necessary legal actions against you, and you will be solely responsible for all costs incurred by YORE Care in this regard.
Returns are subject to the following conditions:
Incorrectly ordered products are not eligible for return.
The batch number of the product being returned should match the one mentioned on the invoice.
Return requests due to changes in prescriptions do not qualify for return.
The product being returned should be in its original manufacturer's packaging, including original price tags, labels, barcodes, and invoices.
Partially consumed strips or products do not qualify for return; only fully unopened strips or products can be returned.
Category of Non-Returnable Products:
Certain categories of products marked as non-returnable on the product page will not qualify for return under YORE Care's return policy. The details of non-returnable products are as follows:
Categories Type of Products: Baby Care Bottle Nipples, Breast Nipple Care, Breast Pumps, Diapers, Ear Syringes, Nappy, Wet Reminder, Wipes, and Wipe Warmers
Food and Nutrition Health Drinks, Health Supplements
Healthcare Devices Glucometer Lancet/Strip, Healthcare Devices and Kits, Surgical, Health Monitors
Sexual Wellness Condoms, Fertility Kit/Supplement, Lubricants, Pregnancy Kits
Temperature Controlled and Speciality Medicines Vials, Injections, Vaccines, Penfills, and any other Product requiring cold storage or medicines falling under the category of speciality medicines.
2) RETURN PROCESS:
To initiate a return, please visit www.yorecare.com/contactUs.
The YORE Care customer care team will verify the claim made by the customer within 72 (seventy-two) business hours of receiving the complaint.
Once the claim is verified as genuine and reasonable, YORE Care will arrange for the collection of the product(s) to be returned.
TThe customer will be required to pack the product(s) in the original manufacturer’s packaging.
Refunds will be processed within 30 (thirty) days from the date of the reverse pick-up (if required).
3) MEDICAL TEST:
In the case of medical tests, a refund request may be raised in the following cases:
If the report has been challenged and no proper justification (i.e., reasonable clarification provided either by YORE Care or the diagnostic center) has been provided.
If the time limit within which a report has to be provided to the patient is breached by 72 (seventy-two) hours, and no proper justification (i.e., reasonable clarification provided either by YORE Care or the diagnostic center) has been provided.
Please Note: We will provide free consultation and free delivery of medicine if the patient has suffered from Haematoma or any prick-related injury.
4) REFUND PROCESS:
In all the above cases, if the claim is found to be valid, the refund will be made as follows:
Orders placed through online wallets will be credited to the wallet.
Orders placed through cash on delivery will be refunded through a fund transfer to the customer's bank account.
5) ONLINE CONSULTATION:
In the case of online consultation, a customer can request a refund only if the consultation query is not replied to within the specified timeline.
The customer must raise the refund request with YORE Care customer care within 72 (seventy-two) hours of submitting the query or receiving a response. The refund request will be validated by the YORE Care customer care team.
In the case of a valid refund, the amount will be credited to the customer's bank account. The refund process will be completed within 30 (thirty) days from the date of submitting the refund request.
6) SHIPPING CHARGES:
Estimated shipping charges are calculated based on the order value and can be viewed in the cart section during checkout. For further information regarding shipping, please contact care@yorecare.com.

7) CANCELLATION POLICY:
Customer Cancellation:
Customers can cancel product orders until YORE Care ships them. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
Customers can cancel medical test orders until the collection of the sample.
YORE Care Cancellation:
YORE Care partners may be unable to accept and fulfill certain orders, which may need to be canceled. Some situations that may result in order cancellation include non-availability of the product or quantities ordered, or inaccuracies or errors in pricing information specified by our partners.
YORE Care also reserves the right to cancel any orders classified as 'Bulk Order,' as determined by YORE Care according to certain criteria. An order may be classified as a 'Bulk Order' if it meets the following criteria, which may not be exhaustive:
i. Products ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale.
ii. Multiple orders placed for the same product at the same address.
iii. Bulk quantity of the same product ordered.
iv. Invalid address provided in order details.
v. Any malpractice used to place the order.
No cancellation charges will be levied for order cancellations in accordance with the terms of this policy.
